MX Sports Medicine

Personalized Training Program

In order to move to the next level in motocross racing, proper training, stretching, and injury recovery are essential ingredients to a successful program.  Using a one-size-fits-all generic workout routine will leave you back at the starting gate while your competition moves ahead.

The Trainers at MX Sports Medicine will analyze information gathered from your application and personal interview.  They will develop an individualized program to enable you to achieve your fitness goals.

If you are recovering from a recent injury, interested in gaining strength, or looking to maximize your cardiovascular stamina the Trainers at MX Sports Medicine will develop a program that is right for you.

Training programs will be prepared on a Bi-weekly basis, and sent via email, fax, or mail.

Personal ONE-on-ONE Training Sessions with

MX SPORTS MEDICINE

One-on-One training programs are ideal for athletes who desire in-person coaching and focused training.  Our certified Trainers will meet with you individually at a location of your choice.  Programs are available for all ages, fitness levels and goals.  Each program will be tailored to meet your individual performance targets.  The training routine is determined by the athlete’s level of fitness, age, and experience.

Group discounts available: (Participants must have similar goals and abilities)

Abdominal/Back Core Strengthening Program:

The abdominal and lower back muscles play a dominant role in controlling posture, lower spine stabilization, and total body balance. A well-developed Core can help decrease the likelihood and severity of injury. This program will significantly improve performance on any activity including running, walking, swimming, and cycling. MX Sports Medicine will set up a program to strengthen and focus on the body’s central core through safe, effective, exercises and workouts including Medicine Ball, TheraBall, and trunk stabilization.
